Emotional Stress on the Body

Research has confirmed a direct correlation on Emotional Stress hiding in our muscles for years thus creating pain later on in life.  Below are specific sessions focusing on extracting old emotional stress.

The therapist will do a mind maping - which travels back in time to lift stressful events  or injuries.

  • Examples: Visceral Manipulation, Muscle Unwinding, Cranio- Sacral Therapy, Energy Work,
  • Chanting or Balancing Chakra Music
  • This therapy is designed to release the emotions or trauma and is a more gentle approach
